At Kickstart Support, we like to keep things as simple as possible! Our main priority is to provide our clients with a first-class service. In return, we do have a few terms and conditions that we ask of you.
With any bespoke web design, it takes a little time and a lot of hard work. With this in mind, we ask for a small holding deposit of £50 whilst the work is being carried out. We will communicate with you throughout the entire process, ensuring you are happy with our progress. Once we have sent you a demo, we ask that you get back to us as soon as possible with any changes you require. No change is a problem! Upon completion, and when you have confirmed you are happy with your new site, we will hand over the login details, and it is at this point you own the site. We then require full payment, minus the deposit immediately after the handover.
If you have signed up for our social media service, the payment is due at the end of each monthly cycle. You will be provided with regular statistics to see how well your posts are doing, and how customers are engaging.
Any content writing will be carried out before payment is due. Once any changes are made, and you are happy with the final draft, we will hand over your final copy and payment will be due within 7 days.
